Bicycle detail

Stolen from shared bike rack in underground parking garage under condo complex. Stolen date was the date first noticed it was gone. I did not access the bike in several months so it's hard to say the exact date it was stolen. Front tire was still locked to the bike rack. The rest of the bike was gone (frame/back tire). Another bike in the shared bike rack was missing a front tire. Their front tire was not locked as the ulock was around the frame. Thief most likely took the front tire from the other bike and used on mine. Bought in Philadelphia around 1997/1998. There is still a sticker on the bike from the bike shop in Philadelphia. I can't remember the name maybe City Sports? The sticker is above or below the Waterfront Pearl #171 registration sticker. Beneath the two stickers, there is a holder for an old u-lock. The bike had a holder for a water bottle. There's a rack on the back of the bike that holds two black wire baskets. However, I only had the wire basket on the right side. Padded seat. Bike bell on the left side of the bike. The bike has some rust on it. It's a maroon/burgandy color.
