Description of the theft
Locked 2 bikes via cable lock on Esplanade near corner of Chartres around 12:00 am on 10/28. Returned around 3:00 am and saw lock cut and one (mine) of two bikes gone. Called NOPD immediately and was asked to call back on Monday when things were less hectic from Voodoo Fest/Halloween weekend.
