Description of the theft
My son leaned his bike up against the fence to tie his shoe. As soon as he bent down to tie it a adult gentleman (mid to late 20s) grabbed his bike. Son tried to stop him but was knocked over and the guy fled on the bike.
No police report filed as I was told when I called that finding it is little to no chance so filing a report would be a waste of time.
