Description of the theft
Has clear glue on the top of the frame. Where the frame connects to the back wheel it has been painted over in black paint but you can see where it was painted over. Back tyre is on backwards and is very cheap. Handle bar grips are worn, the bike has a clicking sound when accelerating on the back gear. The bike has a serial code on it of H20077704. The seat says entity, it last had a phone holder on the handle bar only. Note that some of this stuff may have been removed/fixed by who stole it.
