Bicycle detail

The bike (#11983) is stolen! My friend recommended this app to me, yesterday (04/16/2018) I first time used it, but then it is too heavy for me to ride, so I returned it after less than 2 mins. I put the bike back to that station, and heard a song like bike locking, at the same time I saw the light changed to yellow. so I thought that is all done without checking gobike app again. And today (04/17/2018), I got a phone from 510-356-0268, and was told that I did not return the bike, then I want to the powell st station and found the bike was gone, and checked the app which said I still is using the bike!after calling 510-356-0268, I really submitted a police report with report number T18011183 (SF), PLEASE HELP!
