Description of the theft
Between 4:30pm the night before and 10:30am on May 15th, someone snipped through the fence links that my bike's chain was locked around. The bike was parked behind my apartment complex in an alleyway typically only residents would go through.
It is a very distinctive heavy electric bicycle with a Sunlite C9 (Cloud 9) padded seat/saddle with bright yellow tape in various places (to increase visibility). Also has an ABUS Wheel Lock 5650L NR on rear wheel, a rear basket with netting, and a aftermarket bright orange throttle control lever on the right handlebar. Bicycle battery was in the bike when taken. Also taken was a helmet with a blue carabiner clip with the ABUS Wheel Lock and battery unlock keys.
Lock used was a Kryptonite Keeper 790 Combo Integrated Chain 3' with a unlock code of 1600.
