Description of the theft
I left the bike locked to the blue city bike racks outside of the Casa Italia restaurant on 3035 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97202. Bike last seen around 9PM. Went back the next day at 8AM and the bike was gone. The lock had been cut and left behind as well as the helmet.
The bike has a lot of scratches on the gearshifters and on the flattop handlebar but otherwise in great condition. There is also a cup holder added to the frame that is not factory original. The bike is a white Trek 7.3FX with Bontrage wheels and handlebar. Fits an adult male that is 6 feet tall.
