Description of the theft
At around 9pm on March 1st, I heard some weird noises outside of my window, and through my window, I saw a guy with darker complexion, wearing black clothes, with a darker colored (possibly purple) beanie, walking away from the door. Now with the bike stolen and U-lock and chain-lock cut and laid on the ground, the weird noise was likely him cutting both locks off.
The bike is bright, neon-green Norco Bike, and it has a green Casitas apartment sticker on the down tube
