Bike was cable locked to a low metal fence around a tree in front of Compass Coffee at 650 F St. NW, Washington DC 20004. Stolen between 1745-1945 hrs. Red frame, scratched, double sided shimano clip in pedals, Brooks C17 saddle, 700c wheels of different colors, yellow bar tape, and two mismatched bottle cages (one broken). Both lock and bike are missing.
