Bicycle detail

Stolen at about 10:18pm Eastern time on 12-29-2020. Video footage from neighbor shows a man pulling a wagon walking by, then walks between my garage and neighboring garage and stares at my back porch. Then man walks around, up into my driveway, past my car, past my husbands car, through our gate, he cuts the bikes cable, then is seen caring bike back out. About the same time two small framed people (possible children), are seen walking through with a dog, as the male thief is seen caming out from under our carport past my husbands car, with the bike. This man holds bike down in front of my car between car and my garage door and appears to be doing something with the bike, (we believe as a distraction so as to not draw attention to himself by those walking by.) Another larger adult is seen walking by, (we believe this adult was with the two smaller frame people and dog.) The man steeling the bike then moves with the bike to driver side of my car, putting the car between him with the bike and the people and dog that had just walked by. He, (thief) is seen looking up at the people as they continue to walk down the alley and he proceeds to mess with the bike beside the car. The people are walking away with the bike theft behind them as they may not have realized what taking place at that moment. The man steeling the bike is still seen on video messing with the bike which we now know is when and where he fully removed the bikes cable as the cable was found in that same spot next to the drive side of my car. The man then picks up bike and walks away. Later the next day we discover the bike theft. We worked to obtain what information we could to give to the police. We then reported the bike stolen. It did take a few days to obtain the serial # as the bike was a Christmas gift to my 12 year old son. This bike was stolen 4 days after Christmas on 12-29-2020 at 10:18pm Eastern Time and was reported stolen on 12-30-20 to the Dunbar police after we were ale to obtain information on what exactly happen with video footage.
