Bicycle detail

I had to stop and take a phone call and it was raining, i wasnt thinking i needed to lock it since it was around 5 am and neighborhood seemed to be sleeping. Anyways i walked away from bike about a block (was a rough call i had just found out my grandpa has blood clots from a prior operation and isnt doing too well) when i turned back around my bike was gone. I feel dumb for walking away from it not locked. Hoping it was not stolen , that maybe someone grabbed it to get it out of the rain and possibly find me through here or social media... didnt have it long enough to get any pictures was purchased online through private seller. Hope to get it back since i dont have a car right now i rely on bus and my bike to get to and from work.
