Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a Yakima hitch rack while I was across the street at the beach. I was parked in the parking lot for the Beach Chalet Restaurant. I was gone for an hour, and I found it stolen when I returned. The Yakima rack had an incorporated cable lock which was cut clean.
