Description of the theft
The bike was locked to the Tyson Hall bike rack on the University of Portland Campus at approxiamtely 6:00 pm on Tuesday 10/15. I did not discover that my bike was missing until the following day, around 4:00 pm Wednesday 10/16. All that was left indicating theft was my cut bike lock on the ground next to the rack.
