Bicycle detail

I went out my door Tuesday morning to pick my daughter up from her therapies. I realized that my friend's baby, brand new, went through hell and back over was missing from outside my door. Now I live in a security building where people only with keys can get in, unless you let them in. I've caught neighbors eyeballing it and he's even confronted them about it.. Somewhere between 11pm 8/7/17 and 9am 8/8/17 someone swiped from outside my door. I called and made a report.. He filed it with his name, serial,& info. I've asked all my neighbors. Put it out everywhere.
