Bicycle detail

I have lived in this building for almost four years and always kept my bike unlocked in the basement laundry/bike storage room. I came down to leave for work around 5 am on June 15 and found the trash bins dumped all over the room and my bike gone. There door to the building and the laundry room were both fine with no forced entry. My building management company (Enigma) has not responded to my message about this. In addition to being a 70's white Peugot, it has a lot of black tape on the seat (which is really worn out), and it has a rear light under the seat and a lot of chipping paint, but the original logos
