Bicycle detail

I currently live in Novus Woodstock apartment. I stored and locked my bike in the bike storage room in the building. It was bike rack # B27 to be specific, and this information is documented and recorded with the building management. On October 6, we received an email from the building management that they had to alter the hours of the bike room entry due to "safety concerns". After seeing this email, I went down to the bike room to check on my bike and it was gone. It appeared that someone broke into the bike room with or without access and stole my bike.
