Locked up at ~9am in underground parking garage bike cage, returned at ~5:30pm to find bike missing and lock cut. Found helmet at nearby encampment and alleged eyewitness to my bike being ridden down 8th Ave towards tiny house village. Inquired with gate staff but they were unable to conduct a thorough search.
