Description of the theft
Bike was locked up to front porch of a friends home at 21st & Garfield. Around 2:30 pm, someone cut the lock and road the bike away (heading west on Garfield). 2 of the people I was with think they may have seen the perpetrator. The suspect was described as a black man, between the ages of 20-30, wearing a light brown winter coat and blue/black and yellow hat. The thief did not leave the lock, but left a backpack behind (no name or any information).
