Description of the theft
I brought the bike into a new cafe on 17th and south van ness. I ordered, stood by the bike and then way to pay for 30 seconds. I turned around and it was gone. No eye witnesses. I was no more than 10 feet from the bike and left it unguarded for 30 seconds.
