Came out of fresh market, saw a junk bike sitting next to my truck. I turned and saw a homeless looking man turning the corner out of the Fresh Market parking lot riding towards sugarhouse park. I then tried to track him down in my truck but lost him by the time i pulled out of the parking lot.
