Bicycle detail

August 12th shortly after 0900h, I left the building in my car through the parkade to get a few groceries. Just as I would any other time leaving the parkade, I looked towards the bike rack to ensure my bike was present. This morning my black, 2020 Diadora Corso 650B (see attached flyer) was missing and the locks were left behind. Upon closer inspection I noticed the Kryptonite New-U Evolution Mini-7 had been cut through the center of the lock, and the Fosmon Combination Cable lock at the latch (see attached photos). Its clear this was done with a power tool as it was clean cut through both locks. Yesterday August 11th, my partner entered the parkade at 1500h after an appointment and confirmed the bike was present. So, the crime took place between August 11th @ 1500h and August 12th @ 0900h.
