Stolen around 2:45pm from the parking lot behind 191 The West Mall, Toronto. 2 cable locks were cut and left at the scene. Suspect was seen exiting the rear of the building shortly before he went to the bike rack. Suspect appeared to have cut the locks, carried the bike over to the building, discarded the locks and took off.
