Description of the theft
Bike was locked to a bike rack in a well lit, visible area outside the main entrance to a hospital. There is a well lit lobby right adjacent with windows next to the bikes---a staffed concierge/security desk in sight. I locked the front, rear wheels and frame to the pavement mounted rack at ~9pm. There were ~8 other bikes similarly secured. At ~7:30 AM on 11/17/16 I found my bike missing and no sign of the lock or cable. RAT BASTARDS!
