Description of the theft
Bike was locked on bike rack at entrance to YBCA gardens near mission street sidewalk at Cinemark theaters, right at pedestrian crosswalk. Kryptonite u-bar lock was 'popped' by prying it open, was found on ground next to rack. Theft occurred between 4PM and 9:30PM, Monday April 6th.
