Bike was stollen from bike racks at entrance to Harbor view Medical Center on 9th Ave. in Seattle between hours of 7:45 AM and 2:30 PM on Monday June 29, 2015. It was locked with an OnGuard cable bike lock that was cut with bolt cutters and left at the scene.
Bike has a rear wheel rack, disc brakes, front and rear light, one water bottle cage on front leaning frame bar.
