Description of the theft
A homeless man named Jason aka “douchebag” who lives underneath the Renton Library, figures out my combination and loaned my bike to another homeless man named Robert who was supposed to return it an hour later and was gone all day and all night.
He claims he returned my bike but it has never shown up again and no one knows what’s happened to it.
