Bell Cable lock was cut on bike rack app. 8 feet from front door of terminal office. 6 bikes on rack, only one taken. two guards and 3 to 4 truck drivers in building less then 20 feet from bike rack, constant stream of semis through gate 20 ' from rack. small community of homeless living on banks of puyallup river less than 1 mile away Sumner PD officer reports the homeless in this community survive by car prowl, bike theft and a handful of car thefts each year.
