Description of the theft
I was having lunch in Hotel restaurant and on leaving discovered my bike stolen. Surveillance cameras caught the theft on camera in the act and traced him and his accomplice to the Corner Bar where they had eaten lunch. Their waiter identified them and produced a credit card receipt identifying the thief by name. Police closed case when they couldn’t verify credit card owner because of lack of search warrant.
