Description of the theft
Bicycle was parked in Avant Apartments parking garage and locked to a bike rack with a U-lock and a cable. Both were cut and left at scene. Other unlocked bikes were not taken. I last rode my bike and locked it up on 25 May 2023 around 3 pm. We discovered it missing with the locks cut on 27 May around 4:45 pm. It had a copper sparrow water bottle cage attached.
