Description of the theft
Bike was locked to metal bike loop, across street from Oracle Park (SF Giants). Returned about 3 hours later to find only defeated lock on the ground a few feet away. Haven't looked at it thoroughly yet, but seemingly opened through some kind of hammer/punch technique, Master Lock 8291DPS 3' chain. =(
