Bicycle detail

Locked bike (frame and front wheel) to stand located by retailer. 3 individuals were by some benches close by looking at a silver bike they had in their possession. I went into the store, came out 20 minutes later and my bike and the people were gone. A fellow sitting in his vehicle had noticed these individuals, but when he saw them they had three bikes. 3 young adults (?) one a thin male with a dirty beige tank and pants, a heavy set short female, and a thin female. A young lady who had locked her bike in the spot where mine was, said she arrived about 8pm and there were no bikes in the stands when she arrived.
