Description of the theft
Two kids standing outside Rite Aid asking for money, put bike inside Rite Aid and go back to pharmacy to pick up medication. 30 seconds to 1 minute later arrive back at front of store where bike was, no kids no bike. Call police, review camera, can be seen taken from inside store by kids. "Security" personnel in back stocking shelves whole time
