Bicycle detail

Suspect is a white male, early- to mid-30s, 6'3" 140lbs, wearing blue baggy gym shorts, a black coat and blue shirt, white shoes, a red backpack and another black handbag. He walked past Slim's in St. Johns where my bike was parked, saw that my bike was unlocked, walked inside Slims and took the bike within 2 minutes of me having gone inside.

I had just biked from downtown and was feeling woozy, and I just wasn't thinking. We all leave our bike unlocked once or twice a year by mistake—this was my mistake. It all happened in 90 seconds. Video surveillance caught him on camera, and some of the staff of Slim's recognized him from before.

The bike was a Raleigh Cadent FT2 2012 model and had a "bike bucket", a black EcoRack and a gray Ortlieb under-the-seat bag. (Image here, but without orange pannier: http://imgur.com/a/kknds#6)

EDIT: Suspect was caught within 4 weeks of incident. Bike was not recovered. Owner did not press charges.
