Description of the theft
At 3:24PM, my porch camera picked up a person - adult male, black, short hair/bald, goatee - come onto my porch. At first he attempted to just take the front wheel off the bike. Upon realizing that the porch column (where the bike was chained) was loose, he then broke the column off in order to get the bike off of the column. He was wearing plaid cargo shorts, and a dark (black?) and white trim jersey that read "ROC, 81"
