Description of the theft
Locked bike on the back rack at Fassler Hall (a bar). It had to have been stolen some time between 7:30 and 8:45pm CST. Nothing, not even the chain was left behind. It was still daylight outside when it happened. I got someone to drive around the downtown area for about 45 min to try and spot it, no luck.
