Description of the theft
Bike parked at staple rack in front of 5th Avenue Place Apartments, and locked with a Hiplok gold wearable chain belt lock. Last seen at 11:30 pm on Nov. 16. and was not there when I returned at 6:30 am on Nov. 17. There was an extension cord from the apartment lobby, out the front door leading to the bike rack. Hiplok gold wearable chain belt lock was not left behind.
