Description of the theft
Upon departing from CSL Plasma on 20Feb22 at 3:35 pm, I found my bike lock cut open and laying on the sidewalk next to the bike rack where my bike had been secured. CSL Plasma staff reviewed their security footage and identified a man in a fluorescent hoodie who stole the bike.
