Description of the theft
Locked main bike frame with Kryptonite u-lock to bike rack on busy street: 16th Street and 3rd Street in Mission Bay neighborhood near UCSF. Kryptonite lock was cut through and left at the bike rack. Van Moof e-bikes have GPS and the last location has been in the Tenderloin at around Golden Gate Ave & Hyde Street but have not seen the bike.
