Bike locked at NW 21st & Hoyt, outside San Sai Japanese Grill. Renter didn't realize he dropped the key after locking up the bike. When he realized he didn't have the key he went outside to look for it and noticed the bike and the lock were missing. He called Cycle PDX at 12:30p.m. to report the incident.
