Description of the theft
Bike was locked to a fence outside Maier Festival Park in downtown Milwaukee, taken between 4 and 6 pm on Sat, 6-6-15. The cable lock was clipped. Specialized mountain bike, silver with black detail, with 29 inch tires and disc brakes. Had black zipper-pouch under seat and pedal straps.
