Description of the theft
It is a Vintage 1976 Chicago style Schwin. It has a motor on it but the clutch won't engage and needs to be fixed so only the bike itself works. It was stolen between 9pm 12/3 and 8am 12/4. A bag of tools were left and a cellphone but the police said they need a warrant to check the cellphone!
