Bike was (and lock) stolen from the Downtown Market at 4:06 pm on Monday, June 4th. Security footage showed a man wearing a black hat, blue hoodie, jeans and white tennis shoes entering the parking lot and just minutes later riding out the same way on the stolen bike.
