Description of the theft
Bike was locked up behind an apartment building, out of view of the street. I couldn't get the bike frame close enough to a secure object to get the U-lock through the frame, so I ran the cable through the frame and locked the cable to a railing with the U-lock. On the morning of 04/08/19, I found the cable cut and the bike missing.
