Description of the theft
Locked bike at West side of Bay Department Store on 1p03 Street at 1 pm. I came back 3 p.m. to find cable lock had been cut. AZ guy sitting in his car told me he saw a guy and girl appear to open the lock however they cut the cable an d took off with our bikes. The theft occurred around 2 p.m.
