Description of the theft
I rode my bike from the Mesa to the intermediary cross-walk just past 1117 State St and parked it at approximately 6:30p on 11/13. I used an 18" Otto Lock (https://ottodesignworks.com/shop/ottolock) through the front tire and frame connected to a cable lock. I returned just after midnight to find it gone. The pictures attached are the most recent ones I have of the bike and the lock setup. My guess is it was stolen sometime after the closest place of business, Satellite SB, closed at 10p.
