Bicycle detail

Bike was hanging on the wall, in my garage. Back door facing yard was unlocked, chain-link fence was locked. I suspect the perp hopped the fence, grabbed the bike and bolted. We've been noticing young men walking through our alley, peering into our garage, and then circling the block out front. I'm sure it was well scoped out. My mother was there in the front yard with one of our kids, two other kids napping.
