I was sitting on the patio at Leopolds Tavern from 7 pm to 9:30 pm friday June 27 with my friend. My bike was locked to the bike rack approximately 5m from where we were sitting. During that time, someone must have cut the bike lock and took the bike. None of the staff or restaurant patrons saw the incident take place or could provide any information
