Bicycle detail

Bought the bike from dude that I semi know-ish, already paid him for the bike, and later on I go to ride it, and it's gone. Was told by a few people the description of the dude who took it and it sounds like dude who I bought it from stole it back after I paid him for it already. It is black mostly, has a few other small dark colors to it, battery Is either dead now or low battery still due to charger not coming with it, has a basket on the front of it, whole bike is black and orange but like mentioned other dark colors on some small parts. Has the controller on the left handle to power it on and shows the gear, and can change it with the buttons as well or something like that. It's my first rad bike so I don't really know much of the accessories. I'd love my bike back it's rediculous I paid for it just for dude who sold it to me to take it back. Haven't seen or heard from dude since. Been trying to contact or find him as he lives in the area according to witnesses. What I mean by new to me so I couldn't write the serial down, I mean I JUST BOUGHT IT l, for it to be stolen around 30 to 45 min later.. so I didn't get to writing it down :(
