Bicycle detail

My bike, along with my friend's bike, were attached to my vehicle with the use of a bike rack. We entered the El Torito
restaurant on Foothill Blvd at 3 pm on October 10 th for a late lunch, early dinner. When we came out at 4 pm, I immediately noticed that both of our bikes were no longer attached to the bike rack on my vehicle. My friend walked a few blocks down towards the train station to see if we could catch the individuals who had taken them to no avail. We did not see the individuals who committed the crime. I proceeded to go back into the restaurant and asked the manager if he had surveillance footage facing the parking lot and informed him that our bikes had just been stolen off his property. He said he did not and that the security cameras were not working either.
