Description of the theft
This was an overnight temporary spot, usually kept in storage. Chained to wooden fence (cut) right outside apartments and stairs to my door. It was under lights right off parking lot on 30th Ave across from Reed College fields. Had a black bike cover over it. Battery was removed for the night, won't turn on without it. Chain lock is probably still on front tire.
